Official Contest Rules
By entering this promotional contest, each participant agrees to be bound by the following rules:
Eligibility
The contest is open to residents of Canada who have reached the legal age of majority in their province of residence at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Groupe DRSG (the "sponsor"); any affiliate or subsidiary of the sponsor; and their immediate family members living under the same roof are not eligible to enter the contest.
Contest with $29,000 in prizes, including 6 Travel Certificates worth $2,500 and 14 Furniture/Mattress Gift Certificates worth $1,000.
How to Participate?
Receive an entry coupon for every $1,000 spent. Participants can enter the contest by completing and submitting an entry form at a participating DRSG store (individually, a "participating store" and collectively, the "participating stores") during regular business hours within the participation period.
All entry forms become the property of the sponsor and will not be returned.
Participation Period
The contest is open, and to be eligible, entry forms must be received between Monday, February 1, 2025, and March 31, 2025 (the "participation period"), at which time the contest ends.
Selection of Finalists
On April 15, 2025, each participating retailer will conduct a random draw to select one finalist per location from all entries received during the participation period.
Selection of Winners
On April 22, 2025, at 2:00 PM, the organizer will conduct a random draw from the finalists selected on April 15, 2025. The drawn individuals will be the prize winners, in the order specified in Appendix A, provided they correctly answer a skill-testing mathematical question unaided and complete an eligibility declaration confirming they meet the contest requirements. Selected individuals will be contacted by phone. If a selected individual does not visit the participating store where they entered (or the nearest participating store if they entered by mail) within 15 days of being contacted to fulfill the above requirements and claim the prize, or if they fail the skill-testing question, a new draw will be conducted for that prize, and the originally drawn name will be disqualified.
Odds of Winning
There are 19 participating stores in Quebec and New Brunswick. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received at all participating stores during the participation period.
Prizes
There are 20 prizes available, as detailed in Appendix A. Prizes are awarded as described, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
General Conditions
Participants agree to be bound by these rules, which may be modified without notice, and by the decisions of participating stores, which are final. By entering, participants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their names for contest administration purposes. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for participating stores to use the winner's name, city, province, photo, and likeness for promotional purposes worldwide, in perpetuity, without compensation or further authorization. By entering, each participant releases the sponsor, participating stores, affiliates, parent companies, subsidiaries, and their directors, officers, employees, representatives, and agents (the "releasees") from any damages, losses, costs, or liabilities arising from participation or prize use. The contest is subject to applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws.
Liability Disclaimer
The releasees are not responsible for lost, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, or delayed entries; mail disruptions; loss or damage to entry boxes; or other similar events. They are also not responsible for technical, computer, or human errors related to processing entries, prize announcements, or participant contact. The sponsor relies solely on the winner's eligibility declaration to award prizes without verification.
