Official Contest Rules:

By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to be bound by these rules:

Eligibility: The Contest is open to residents of Canada who have reached the legal age of majority in their province of residence at the time of entry. Employees, officers and directors and members of (i) Groupe DRSG (the "Sponsor"); (ii) any of the Sponsor's affiliates or subsidiaries; and members of their respective immediate families living in the same household are not eligible to enter.

Contest with over $20,000 in Travel and Furniture Certificates (the "Contest")

How do I enter? Receive one entry ballot for every $1,000 purchase before taxes. A person may enter the Contest by completing and dropping off an entry form at a participating DRSG store (individually, a "Participating Store" and collectively, the "Participating Stores") during normal business hours during the Entry Period.

Entry Period: The Contest is open and, to be eligible, entries must be received between Monday, March 1, 2024 and March 31, 2024 inclusive (the "Entry Period"), at which time the Contest ends.

Selection of finalists: On April 17, 2024, the finalists' draw will take place, with each participating retailer drawing its finalist (1 finalist per branch) from all entries received during the Entry Period.

Selection of winners

On April 24, 2:00 p.m. 2024, the Organizer will conduct a random draw among the finalists of the April 17, 2024, draw. The persons selected will be the winners of the respective prizes in the order indicated in Appendix A hereto, provided they correctly answer, without assistance of any kind, mechanical or otherwise, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question and complete a declaration of eligibility confirming that they meet the eligibility requirements of the Sweepstakes. Persons whose names are drawn will be contacted by telephone. If the person does not visit the participating store where he/she registered (or the address of the participating store nearest to his/her home if he/she registered by mail) within 15 days of the date on which he/she was contacted to fulfill the above conditions and claim the prize, or if he/she does not correctly answer the mathematical skill-test question, the store will proceed with a new random draw for that prize, in which case the name originally drawn will be disqualified from the Sweepstakes.

Chances of winning: There are 13 participating stores located in the provinces of Quebec and New Brunswick. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received at all participating stores during the Entry Period.

Prizes: There are 13 prizes available to be won, the full description and approximate retail value of which are set out in Appendix A of these Contest Rules.

General conditions: Entrants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of these rules, which are subject to change without notice to each entrant, and by the decisions of the participating stores, which are final and binding. By participating in a contest, entrants’ consent to the collection, use and disclosure of their name for the purpose of administering the contest. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for participating stores to use the winner's name, city and province of residence, photograph and image for advertising and promotional purposes in all media now or hereafter known throughout the world and in perpetuity without compensation, notification or other authorization. By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant releases the Sponsor, each participating store and each of their respective affiliates, parent companies, subsidiaries or related companies, and each of the directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents of such companies (collectively referred to in these rules as the "Releasees") from any and all damages, losses, costs or liability resulting from entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes or claim and/or use of the Prize. The contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws.

No Liability: Each of the Releasees assumes no responsibility for, and none of the Releasees shall be liable for, lost, misdirected, incomplete, illegible or delayed entries, mail interruptions, lost or damaged ballot boxes, or any other similar or equivalent occurrences. The Releasees are also not responsible for any technical, computer or human error that may occur in the processing of entries, the announcement of the prize or the contacting of the selected entrant, and the Sponsor is authorized to rely solely on the winner's declaration of eligibility in awarding the prize, without any review or investigation by the Sponsor or any of the Releasees to confirm the completeness, truth or accuracy of the statements made therein.
